How AAA Relay TMS Pricing Works

Understand how tiers, per-driver rates and minimum billable counts apply to your monthly subscription.

Pricing logic

  1. Choose a tier based on your company’s driver count.
  2. Each tier has its own per-driver monthly price.
  3. As fleet size increases, the per-driver rate decreases.
  4. Each tier has a minimum billable driver count.
  5. The minimum monthly subscription equals the per-driver price multiplied by the tier’s minimum billable drivers.
  6. You cannot apply the next tier’s per-driver price if your driver count is below that tier minimum.

Example

1–10 drivers:
company pays the actual number of drivers, minimum 1.

11–20 drivers:
company pays minimum 11 billable drivers.

21–30 drivers:
company pays minimum 21 billable drivers.

Is the price charged per company or per driver?

AAA Relay TMS pricing is billed per driver each month using the selected tier per-driver rate.

Why does the per-driver rate decrease for larger fleets?

Larger fleets receive lower per-driver pricing to reflect higher overall volume across the tier range.

What does minimum billable driver count mean?

Each tier includes a minimum number of billable drivers. Even if your company has fewer drivers than the tier minimum, the monthly billed driver count will not go below that tier minimum.

Can a company with 5 drivers use the 11–20 driver rate?

No. If you choose the 11–20 driver rate tier, the billing minimum for that tier applies. A company with 5 drivers would still be billed based on the tier minimum.

Is the public demo the same as the private 14-day trial?

No. The public demo is for product evaluation in an open environment, while the private 14-day company trial is an approved, company-specific workspace with data separation.

Can I enter real company data in the public demo?

The public demo is for product evaluation only. Do not enter real or confidential company, driver, customer or financial data.

How do I request a private company trial?

Use the “Request Private Trial” button on this page (or the request form) and submit your company details. Access is provided after your request is reviewed.
